Archive and validate

When a signing instance is completed it should be archived and, if required be validated.

Archive

A signed document can be archived in a Business Application manually or automatically. If it is stored manually a person uploads the document in the right place. A Business Application that is integrated with ProSale Signing can automatically archive the signed document by using our API. This saves a lot of time and work

Validate

The validation or check of a signed document can be made in a number of different ways such as using Adobe Software, third party services or with ProSale Signing. Click here for a description of the different alternatives.
