Start a signing instance

A signing instance can be started from a Business Application or from our start page.

System integration

This means that a Business Application is integrated with ProSale Signing with a well defined interface. We provide plug-ins to some systems such as SharePoint and SalesForce.

From a web page

A signing instance can be started from a Web page. This is done in four simple steps.

Document
Step 1 - Document
Select the document that you want to send for signing. You can also give the document a title. Under Advanced Settings you can add possible attachements.
Sign
Step 2 - Signatories
Enter the signatories in the order that they should sign the document. Depending on the means of identification that you choose, additional information might be required: More...
Under Advanced Settings you can enter the language of the signatory and a personal message.

Step 3 - Settings
Enter extra information such as a personal message to the signatories and an expiry date after which the instance will be closed. The contact person will be the sender of the instance and will also receive a copy of the signed document.
Review
Step 4 - Review & Send
Here a summary of the information that you have entered is displayed. Enter the means of payment and click "Start" for submitting the instance. After this the process for signing the document begins.
