ProSale Signing
With ProSale Signing electronic documents can be signed in a simple and safe way. It is possible to select the desired level of security such as PKI, SMS, password or e-mail. The signed document can then be automatically loaded into an application, thus avoiding any manual handling and archiving. A document signed by ProSale Signing is fully autonomous and can therefore also be supported by other software such as Adobe Reader for PDF documents.
Present situation
Today many documents are handled electronically. When these are to be signed they must be printed and then signed by hand. When these documents arrive by surface mail or fax they must be:
- Checked manually (even the actual handmade signature)
- Registered in an application
- Archived in a paper archive.
Problems we solve
Documents that require signatures are often handled manually with pen and paper. If such documents instead could be handled and signed electronically large savings could be made, both economically and environmentally.
Advantages
- Reduced carbon dioxide emissions from paper consumption and transport of the same
- Reduced lead time, no surface mail or fax required
- Automatic validation of contents
- No manual re-entering of data - data imported directly
- Identity check done
- Data archiving - easy retrieval
