All material on the Site, including but not limited to information, products, logos, graphics, images, software and services ("the Materials") is provided by Comfact AB and by third party providers, and are copyrighted works of Comfact AB and their respective third party suppliers. No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or medium without Comfact AB's prior written permission. Unauthorized use of material from this site may violate patent, copyright, trademark and privacy laws.

Comfact Signature allows you to sign documents online. After the document is signed by all parties Comfact AB creates an electronic document signed with a digital certificate. A validated document means that it is electronically signed by the persons listed on the signature page and that it has not been changed since the digital signature was applied. A document that does not validate may have been tampered with and its contents and signatures cannot be trusted. Comfact AB is not a party to an electronically signed document. The signatories are responsible for checking each other's identities as Comfact AB does not validate the identity of either the natural or legal persons.

Comfact AB will use reasonable efforts to make the Site available around the clock. The Site will occasionally be closed during system maintenance and upgrades, or as a result of the failure of third party providers, such as Identity Providers or telephone companies. Comfact AB may change the Site and its services at any time without notice.

The Materials on this Site are provided "as is" and Comfact AB expressly disclaims any implied or express warranties or conditions of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property relating to such material.

You agree to the treatment of personal information as follows: Comfact AB use personal data such as personal number, e-mail address, mobile phone number and network accounts to identify signatories. After a document has been signed by all parties it is distributed to these and removed from the database. A signatory has the right to know which personal data is registered about them and this can be done one time per calendar year.

In no event shall Comfact AB be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information presented, loss of profits or revenues or costs of replacement goods.

These TOU shall be construed in accordance with and be governed by the laws of Sweden.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these TOU or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC). The arbitral tribunal shall be composed of a sole arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Gothenburg. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be Swedish.
